WHO AM I?
EXPERIENCE
While I was experiencing very high level of stress in international financial markets and law firms, I wondered how to balance personal, professional activities and sports. I felt concerned about growing older in good health, while reducing stress and feeling just well.
I have been competing in horse riding eventing, jumping and dressage for about 30 years and I have always been keen on cycling, skiing, rollerskating, trekking and Fitness in general. Rich of all those experiences, I decided to make the switch and to take professional certifications as a fitness coach to be able to tell everyone the importance of taking care of oneself.
I then passed the French Fitness main qualification, BPJEPS AGFF, in both group exercise and personal training. In addition I passed other certifications such as Pilates Mat & Reformer, Yoga, TRX, ViPR, Circuits...
After 2 years working for the most famous gyms in Paris, I decided to move to Geneva as a Fitness manager and group classes instructor. After a few years here I have also developped a Personal Trainer activity.
In 2013, I suffered for 7 months from a major sciatica due to hernias for which I didn’t undergo surgery. This is now in the past thanks to physical exercise. As a consequence I’ve been studying more how sports can help in the coming back after injuries.
Physical health being intertwined with mental health, I certified in 2019 in Yoga and have been studying personal development for several years.
My personal and professional experiences gave me deep knowledge of back but also knee and shoulder injuries or pain, coming back to sports after an injury, a long period of sedentary lifestyle, a baby or during hormonal changes like menopause. I can work alongside physiotherapists / midwives during rehabilitation or post-partum. Sport makes it possible to live an active life even with weaknesses.
I offer a unique way of working out mixing Pilates, Yoga and Functional Fitness, thanks to various professional certifications and 10 years of experience. As a consequence I will aim at guiding you towards your goals adapting the sessions to your daily fettle and mood, whether you’re practicing for pleasure, well-being or performance.

It is the best way to achieve your goals quicker and in a safe and long term way with 2 to 3 sessions per week or in complement with a personalized training program.
I’ll share with you my experience and will be there to motivate you in order to reach your goal. I’ll adapt the workouts and programming according to your strengths, weaknesses, injuries and daily feelings.
Workouts can be eventually done from home, outdoors or in a gym in Versoix.

YOGA
Yoga is a mind and body practice with a 5,000-year history in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques(Pranayama), and meditation or relaxation (which can be Yoga Nidra).
Modern yoga has evolved with a focus on exercise, strength, flexibility, and breathing. It can help boost physical and mental well-being. But Yoga has a deeper goal which is unifying body, mind and breath to achieve enlightment.
As a consequence, practicing Yoga allows to decrease stress, relax body and mind, increase focus, coordination, mobility and strength. By doing Yoga you’ll feel better in your body and in your soul.

PILATES MAT
Joseph Pilates created the Pilates practice using some Yoga postures with a deep focus on posture, alignement, breath and focus. The main goal is to strengthen the deep core and stabilizing muscles such as abs, spinal erectors, shoulders, hips…
Pilates Mat classes are muscle training classes with a focus on alignement and posture.

Pilates. It’s the exercise of choice for those looking to strengthen, balance, lengthen and tone.
Reformer Pilates was invented by Pilates founder Joseph Pilates. The practice is on a bed-like frame that uses different weighted spring combinations to create resistance and instability when we move the carriage back and forth.
Using a reformer bed means you can target those small muscle groups, which helps to stabilize, center and prevent injuries. You can do more exercises than what’s possible on the mat and have a play with a wide range of movements – from sitting and lying on your back or side to balancing on your knees and using your feet.
